Connor Love runs this portal so clients can follow their projects, share files, approve work, and pay invoices. This page explains what information it keeps, why, and who else handles it.

What we collect

How it’s used

Only to deliver the work you hired Connor Love for: running your projects, sending notifications you’ve chosen, keeping records of decisions and payments, and fixing problems. Your information isn’t sold, rented, or used for advertising, and nothing here tracks you across other sites.

Who else handles it

The portal relies on a few service providers, each only for its part:

Cookies

The portal uses one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, plus a few settings remembered in your own browser. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Who can see what

People at your company with access see your company’s portal, limited by the permissions Connor Love gives them. No other client can see anything of yours. Files you upload stay private and are only available through short-lived links after an access check.

How long it’s kept

Project records, files, and billing history are kept for as long as you’re a client and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal records. Daily backups are kept for 30 days. If someone is removed from your portal, they lose access right away; their past messages and approvals stay with the project record.

Your choices

You can change which emails you get in Settings. To see, correct, export, or delete your information, email connor@connorlove.com. Some records, such as invoices and signed agreements, may need to be kept for legal reasons, and you’ll be told if so.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, you’ll be told by email or in the portal.
